- Cancellation Insurance: This isn't mandantory on most tours, however we do recommend that you purchase it on tours of a week or more. We can provide information upon request.
- Seating on the Coach: In all fairness there WILL be a regular rotation of seats as directed by the escort on ALL overnight tours.
- Disclaimer of Liability: TKCM Tours reserves the right to make alterations to the itinerary for any tour as may be deemed nedessary, and to cancel if deemed necessary, any tour prior to departure, and in such case, its total obligation will only be to refund all payment made by you toward any tour.
- Reservations & Deposits: Your reservation is confirmed ONLY after you make your deposit. The deposit for the tour is 50% of the total per person. You need to make the deposit with your reservation. Your deposit is refundable if you cancel no later than September 1, 2017. After that it is refundable only if we can replace you on the tour.
- Schedules: We will send out a schedule 30 days prior to departure with departure and return times for all events, passenger names, hotel phone numbers, and your luggage tags.
- Escorts: All tours are accompanied by an experienced escort who will be happy to assist you in any possible way.
